TOPSTREAM did a great job on our gutters and gutter guards. The crew was professional, showed up when they said they would, and left the yard spotless.
Our Company
Roofing Contractor serving Toano, VA since 2017
TOPSTREAM is a locally owned exterior services company built by Caleb, a Hampton Roads husband, father, and former Newport News Shipyard worker who bet on himself and his community. We bring multiple experienced crews to every job, and we treat your property the way we treat our own. This is who we are and how we got here.

Our Story Started local,
Started local,
built to last
Caleb started TOPSTREAM in 2017 while working full-time at Newport News Shipyard. He saw an opportunity to build something of his own, and he took it. What began as a side operation grew into a full-time business with multiple trucks and crews serving homeowners and commercial property owners across the Hampton Roads region.
Caleb is a husband and father of two. That background shapes how TOPSTREAM operates. He built this company on the idea that your home deserves the same care and attention he gives his own. That mindset has stayed with the business from day one.
TOPSTREAM handles the exterior work that protects your property year-round. Our crews install and repair gutters, fit gutter guards, replace and repair roofing and siding, and handle powerwashing and general exterior repairs. Whether you have one issue or several, we can take care of it in one visit with the right crew for the job.
We work throughout the greater Hampton Roads area, including Williamsburg, Newport News, Hampton, Yorktown, Poquoson, Gloucester, New Kent, and Toano. We know these communities because we live and work in them. When you call TOPSTREAM, you reach a local team, not a call center.
Being local means something to us. We are big enough to handle jobs of real size, with the crews and equipment to back it up. We are also small enough that your project does not get lost in the shuffle. Caleb and his team care about their reputation, and that reputation is built one job at a time.
We make it easy to get started. You can reach us by phone or email during business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM. Call us today at (757) 892-4621 or email topstreammail@gmail.com to request your free estimate.

Our crews clean up before they leave, every time. Debris, old materials, and mess are removed so your property looks the way it should.
Skilled Crews
Our teams specialize in exterior work, from roofing and siding to gutters and powerwashing. Each crew focuses on what they do best so the finished product holds up.
Honest Estimates
We tell you what the job needs and what it costs before any work starts. No surprises on the final invoice.

We built this company on referrals and repeat customers. Protecting that reputation means treating every project, big or small, with the same level of care.
